Pasay holds annual Juana Funride
The annual Juana Funride is set to take place tomorrow, March 8, 2023, from 8:00 am to 10:30 am as part of the activities to celebrate International Women's Day. The event will kick off at the Pasay City Hall and will travel through the streets of Pasay until it reaches the World Trade Center.
This motorcade aims to promote gender equality and women's rights. It is open to all, including men and children, who support the cause of empowering women. The organizers are expecting a large turnout for the event, with participants coming from different parts of the city.
The route of the motorcade will be announced beforehand to ensure that motorists and commuters are aware of the road closures and possible delays. The organizers have also coordinated with the local authorities to ensure the safety and security of all participants.
The Juana Funride is a symbolic gesture of the women's struggle for gender equality and their right to be heard. It serves as a reminder that women's rights are human rights, and that everyone has a role to play in creating a more inclusive and just society.
