Taguig celebrates Linggo ng Kabataan
Taguigeño student leaders surely learned more about the colorful history, traditions and even what makes our beloved probinsyudad unique during the city tour held last August 15, Thursday.
Together with Taguig SK Federation Vice President Jomil Bryan C. Serna and Taguig Heritage Society's Mr. Jimmy Uy, the participants visited historical and famous places in the city including Sta. Ana Church, TLC Park, Taguig Integrated Urban farm, Libingan ng mga Bayani, and Manila American Cemetery and Memorial.
The event — which is part of the weeklong celebration for this year’s Linggo ng Kabataan— aims inculcate a sense of patriotism, good governance while encouraging them to participate in community-building.
