The event was led by Pasay City's esteemed leader, Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, and her husband, G. Edgardo M. Rubiano, in collaboration with the Professional Golfers Association of the Philippines at the Villamor Air Base Golf Course on September 21-22, 2023.
