DFA secretary visits Pasay
On November 7, 2023, Secretary Enrique Manalo of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) graced the City of Pasay with his presence, receiving a warm welcome from the City's Mother, Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, and Congressman Tony Calixto.
