The ASEAN UNESCO Exhibit, with the theme "Changing Course, Transforming Education," opened its doors at Pasay City West High School on October 23, 2025. The inauguration of this remarkable educational showcase was led by the esteemed Mayor of Pasay City, Emi Calixto-Rubiano, alongside several city officials and representatives from the Department of Education.

Mayor Emi, an advocate for quality education and community development, expressed her profound appreciation for this unique educational opportunity. In her message, she emphasized the significance of this exhibit in broadening the horizons of Pasay's students. "The ASEAN and UNESCO learning exhibit is indeed one for the books. We are truly blessed with the opportunity to witness firsthand the brilliance of our neighboring regions through ASEAN. Likewise, we are fortunate to be in line with UNESCO, as these are all part and parcel of our wide-scale thrust for sustainable goals and development," she noted.

The primary objective of the exhibit is to enhance students' understanding of ASEAN-UNESCO Heritage Sites while also showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Pasay City. It features a wide array of interactive displays, informative exhibits, and immersive learning experiences. Running until November 6, 2025, this exhibit will also be making stops at other schools throughout the city.
