Bullying-Related Killing Suspect Surrenders to Mayor Emi

In a surprising turn of events, one of the three suspects involved in the murder of a 51-year-old man surrendered voluntarily to Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano on August 3, 2023. According to the suspect's confession, he fatally shot the victim on July 31, 2023, along Kapisanan St., Brgy. 162, Malibay, Pasay City, citing relentless bullying as the motive behind the crime.
